WebbQ1 I'm getting ready to start brewing my own ginger beer using a bug but there's two issues I'm unsure how to tackle currently. I live in the UK and our tap water is definately chlorinated and potentially has chloramine too, but I don't want to fork out for bottled water and also I'm trying to cut down on plastic.
