WebIt seems that after Patch 5, everyone except Sera and Dorian have 2 Amulet's of Power that they can obtain from quests or the War Table missions, while Sera and Dorian each have only 1. Note also that you can only obtain Blackwall OR Iron Bull's second Amulet of Power, as they require decisions in-game which are mutually exclusive.
