I can mail a regular sized DVD using letter mail as I can get it in a package under 20mm, but there seems to be no shipping option for DVS in a larger case. The video game instructions and box are included. The teeth of disk holder are undamaged. Minimal wear on the exterior of item. No skipping on CD/DVD. No fuzzy/snowy frames on VHS tape.
