Rights of man is also very good, it adds some nice features such as focusing your monarch points and the Prussian government type. They often have a few of the older DLCs plus a ton of unit packs and other graphics updates. Always check what they'll actually give you and if that's worth it for you. I'd say it's a fun run (although the missions really show their age even with Purple Pheonix, no fun to just "conquer X" repeated ad infinitum).
